Lanes reopen after vehicle catches fire on Highway 50 in Folsom

Multiple lanes were temporarily closed on westbound Highway 50 in Folsom due to a vehicle catching fire on Sunday, according to the fire department.

Folsom Fire said that a rollover near Bidwell Street resulted in a vehicle being put on its side and burning completely.

The driver of the vehicle was able to remove themselves, Folsom Fire said.

The flames have been put out and all lanes are now back open.
