Helluva Way to Wake Up

So many reports yesterday: “I got this 2022 Honda Civic on Wednesday last week. Just 5 days ago. It had locking lug nuts on the wheels. Those did no good.

Neighbors be warned. This car had the black rims. This happened in the unit block of S St NW.”
